I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

If you haven't been able to find your order confirmation in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder! If have checked your spam folder and are still not seeing a confirmation, please contact our customer service team as something may have gone wrong. In order to help you efficiently, please include the following information:

  1. Your email address
  2. Your payment method (PayPal or credit card)

If a credit card was used, please include the first and last name on the card and the last 4 digits of the card number.

If we are unable to locate an order using the above information, this may mean that your order was not successfully completed.
